Company / History. JENOPTIK Diode Lab GmbH was founded in February 2002 as a subsidiary of JENOPTIK AG. The formation of the company was the result of a longstanding close cooperation between JENOPTIK and the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik (FBH) in the field of high-power diode lasers. FBH is a world-leading institute in the field of microwave technology and optoelectronics. Our team includes industrial experts and former FBH employees with more than 25 years' experience in the field of laser diodes and more than 15 years' experience in the field of laser bars. JENOPTIK Diode Lab GmbH is located near to the FBH in Berlin-Adlershof's WISTA science, technology and media park. Our products are further developed and specified in close cooperation with FBH. Combining outstanding achievements in scientific and applied research with the potential of a high-tech group like JENOPTIK AG, enables us to provide our customers with state-of-the-art products of the highest quality and reliability.
